We’re inviting our amazing volunteers to be part of the 1st Annual Hot Rods for Hospice – A Classic Car Show in support of Hospice Orillia!
This exciting community event is a wonderful opportunity to come together, celebrate incredible classic vehicles, connect with community members, and help raise awareness about the compassionate care and support provided by Hospice Orillia.
Volunteers will play an important role in helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for attendees, car enthusiasts, and families. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the day a success. Some of the roles we are looking to fill include:
- Parking Assistance – helping guide vehicles to their designated positions and ensuring a smooth arrival experience for participants
- Car Check-In – welcoming registrants, providing event packages, and assisting with the check-in process
- Ballot Counters – helping count community voting ballots to determine the Community Choice Award winners
- 50/50 Ticket Sales – engaging with attendees and helping support Hospice Orillia through ticket sales
Whether you are helping behind the scenes or connecting directly with guests, your time and support will help create a memorable experience while showcasing the heart of Hospice Orillia and the important work we do in our community.
This will be a fun-filled day for the whole family, featuring classic cars, community spirit, food, and activities for all ages. We can’t wait to bring our community together for this inaugural event!
